i forwarded the e-mail to kaitlyn, kaitlyn responded and the person did not get back in touch with me. my general philosophy is, if someone in the neighborhood is effected by something we are doing we want had hear them and cooperate and adjust any way we can. we are big proponent of maintaining a healthy relationship with our neighborhood. this event is more for the community. on a financial benefit level, most cases it is a bunch of people dancing but not drinking or eating, but the energy in the room is so special that we really wanted to keep this going. after the continued complaints we received an e-mail from the commission they had finally taken a reading that we were not able to be compliant with. i should mention our decibel levels is 76 decibels which is the sound of the blender. it is all most impossible to host a live band with 150 plus people in the room under those limitations, and so we realized we could not make this work under those limits. that is when we discontinued and when the community created this petition, which motivated to talk to you and see if there is a o
