we got some insight from former federal prosecutor kan nawaday. he spoke with our phil lipof. >> so at first republicans are saying, we need to see what's inside that search warrant, right? so what do we learn if it gets unsealed? >> if it gets unsealed, it's going to be very limited. it's not going to be the full facts of the investigation. i highly doubt that the court and garland is seeking to unseal the law enforcement agent affidavit. that's where all the facts of e for probable cse. what they're going to unseal is the warrant itself, which is a one-page document, doesn't really say much and attachments that set forth the type of documents that can be searched for. and it might set forthth the criminal statute they're investigating. >> and we're talking about classified documents we think as well, so you can't release what those are either, correct? >> exactly. it's going to be highly redacted. i don't think the release of the warrant and the attachment will actually inform much. it'll give people, you know, insight into what they're looking
