. >> david murphy is here and matt pellman is in for karen rogers good morning. >> reporter: let's start you out on radar. as you look, it's easy to see where arthur is located. it came ashore as a category 2. it's back to 100-mile an hour winds which makes it a category one. we're seeing rain bands coming up from the storm. you can see on storm tracker 6 live double scan it's a little bit of steady rain passing northeast right like that through lancaster and reading and lehigh valley. another band possibly trying to come into the shore, although we may have to wait until a little bit later this morning until that becomes a big issue. we have the flood watch into friday afternoon. it will expire around most of these counties, but we'll leave it up in case there's other heavy bands that pop in. we have a rip current issue, remember if you get caught in a rip current, don't panic, swim parallel to the beach north or south, you'll get out of the current fairly quickly and you can bring yourself back to shore, that's the way to defeat a rip current. 74 in philadelphia, 72 in sea isle city. t
