good morning, karen. i'm working to improve the traffic situation as well.e lost our construction crews near plymouth township along the blue route by germantown pike all lanes reopened. we're looking better here. on the big picture speeds look pretty good despite the foggy conditions so far this morning. no major issues on the schuylkill where they were in the 40's and 50's, no major delays on 95 yet as you head towards center city. but we did have overnight construction right here, vine street expressway by the schuylkill expressway as we look live, you can see these ramps are reopened. crews do return tonight at 11 o'clock but for now, you're good to go on both the schuylkill and the vine. don't head here, though, burlington bristol bridge up for a passing ship right now. you want to keep heading for the turnpike connector bridge instead. at the ben franklin bridge, our good buddy ben its tough to see but traffic is moving okay here across the span. there are some speed restrictions at some of the bridges like the betsy ross. at the ben franklin you're ge
