karen campbell is live in baltimore. where was the child found? karen: the child was found about ten minutes away from baltimore. we are here in the 400 block of cane street. the child as i mentioned was found just about ten minutes away. interestingly, someone found the child sitting on a sidewalk in the car seat. so police are saying that the person who stole this car had, you know, the time to take this baby out of the vehicle, put it on the sidewalk. that is when someone spotted the child and decided to call 911. the child's name is leo garcia lopez. he is 11 months old. unloading groceries, taking groceries inside of her home when she left the vehicle running. that's when the witnesses say they saw a young black teenager walking down the street. he simply hopped in the vehicle and he drove off. listen in to what the baltimore city police had to say. >> who immediately began the process for an amber alert. that is what got the information out quickly to everyone. that is what allowed us to recover this child safely and as quickly as we did with
