fox 29's karen hepp has the story. >> reporter: tires bumpers tree branches, all over the intersectionrge streets. four cars one big mess in frankford. scott has a story from the ages he had just got den into his jetta and sat down when he heard a crash and saw something he'll never forget. >> i saw the police suv go over the top of my car. flew over the roof of my car. i saw the underside of the suv. >> did your life flash before your eyes. >> definitely. scared. >> reporter: how did that happen? this police suv was trying to make a routine stop when it weren't through an intersection and was broad sided by this white limo. the many packet sent the suv flying over the jetta and into a tree. the stunned limo driver slammed into yet another car. friends say he's pretty banked up. >> what about the routine
