meteorologist karen rodgers here now with more on harvey's impact, karen. >> hurricane harvey made land fall as a category four the strong toes hit texas since 1961. now a tropical storm but look at this image. you can still see what looks like an eye, center of the storm, no longer an eye because it is a tropical storm but look the at convection we are seeing with this as well. you can still see thunderstorms, pounding rain and that is real image. this is a look at storm track er six live 3-d can you see these band of rain. they are sitting, spinning, they are wrapping right around this center, but tropical storm harvey isn't budging, and that is the real issue. so yes, they had horrible wind that they dealt with as a category four hurricane, very powerful winds but now the issue is the rain and the rain is a real concern because that flooding could be, serious for people in this area over the next three days, as we are's looking at harvey's rainfall look at this, victoria projected 20 inches of rain, 21.14 in houston. so you can see these high numbers. that is over the next three days
