as director kaslofsky mentioned i work on the mission bay team at ocii. before i go into the powerpoint slides i do apologize but we have some changes to the materials packet that was finalized last week, so in front of you have the new red line amendment to the signage master plan and the new resolution. the prior version of the signage plan didn't incorporate changes made to the residential chapter of the plan in 2019. the version in front of you now does and the resolution correctly states the amendment proposed for today is the fourth amendment to the sign an plan so as you all know this is an amendment to the mission bay south signage plan. the proposed amendment pertains to the chase center's event center sign program and will allow for a third district sign on the site and i will explain what a district sign is in the following slides. in 2018 this commission approved an amendment to the signage master plan that set a sign program for the event center site. since the opening in november 2019 the chase center and the warriors have utilized this exis
