. >> good afternoon supervisor farrell and members of the committee kate howard i've provided a copy to the clerk as well as to a technical adjustment to the mayors proposed budget for both fiscal year 2015-2016 the changes excluded in the technical adjustment for the balance of work orders moving funds for capital projects as well as other expenditures to allow for more accurate tracking of the expenditures moving funds through work orders between departments to allow for consolidated contracting within one department correcting expenditures related to previously armed to contract and substitutions that were left out of the proposed budget and moving the fund for inflation on certainly personnel in the 2016-2017 from the central reserve to accurately reflect the costs their opportunity by the technical adjustment reserve but do result in a $438,000 cost in the first year and a 6 hundred and 73 cost in the second year i'll report back to the committee on wednesday to advise you how much money is in the technical adjustment in the reserve for the committee to use. >> colleagues, any q
