katherine creag is at trump tower. you've been looking at what you've seen is obvious and enhanced security this morning. >> reporter: you have police officers here and private security guards at this entrance. the other entrances also. we want to show thank you video. a short time ago, secret service agents arrived here, as they do every morning, because they are part of the security detail for man manage to scale trump tower? it began around 3:30 in the afternoon, when investigators say 19-year-old stephen rogata began climbing the high rise using suction cups. three hours later police yanked him through a window on the 21st floor. in dramatic fashion he was brought in. police learned he didn't want to hurt anyone but had a request that he wanted to meet trump. people gathered around 5th area was shut down to drivers and pedestrians. while police negotiated with rogata to give up, he said he didn't want to. >> i could see he was getting tired. i said if i lock this in, if you get tired we'll have you. you won't fall.

"action news" reporter katherine scott is live at the scene with the details.herine. >> reporter: matt, the 58-year-old motorcyclist died at the hospital overnight. as you mentioned police did recover what they believe is the striking vehicle. however they're continuing to search for the driver at this hour. you can see that the motorcycle that was involved is still here at the intersection at whitaker and loudoun street in feltonville. this happened around 11:30 last night and police say the victim was riding a suzuki motorcycle south on whitaker when a 2000gmc yukon traveling north made a left turn into the path of the motorcycle. they he collided and the motorcyclist was thrown about 30 feet. when first responders arrived the motorcyclist was unconscious. he was taken to einstein medical center where he was pronounced dead shortly after midnight. a witness told police a yukon fled the scene west on loudoun and responding officers quickly found it. >> they saw a trail of what appeared to be antifreeze and motor oil. the officer followed this trail about five
