one-pot recipe and with me is katherine heigl. food to see you, katherine. >> good to see you. >> picked a perfect time to come in here with a chile given the weekend we have planned. >> just that time of year, right, cozy, warming. >> nice. >> you've got like four different kinds of beans. >> this is what you need. >> on the grid. >> this is it. you like dried beans. super simple. not a big deal, strain them and throw them in your pot of boiling water and want to skim off some of this foamy stuff. >> i don't know what causes that, but it's kinda gross, and then you are coming over here. >> right. >> so the bacon, chop it up. >> and you saute that. >> and once that's good and kind of sauteed -- fat. >> that's why it's so delicious because you're sauteing all this stuff in bacon fast. night a light dish but just don't eat all day. >> no. >> and the then it's fine. >> now i usually like to leave three of the jalapenos with seeds in them because i like it spicier. >> got a kick, it's good. >> half a teaspoon of cayenne instead of a qu
