katherine scott out here. katherine we're watching you. good morning.not creepy at all here along columbus boulevard. these are the southbound lanes. this is where the big water main break happened yesterday at fitzwater street and they are going to need to close off columbus boulevard again later on this morning for the repairs but right now as you can see we have one lane getting by. that means the ramps coming from 95 to columbus boulevard are also opened at this point and it's a little sluggish but not a big delay. at this point you can use columbus boulevard southbound. that likely will not be the case later on this morning. on the big picture we're watching that. we're also gearing up for tacony palmyra bridge opening in just a few minutes so you want to head for the betsy ross bridge stemmed headed toward the betsy on 95 southbound already slow through the work zone at cottman. speeds there in the 30's i wasn't want to zoom into east falls because we're getting word that right on the east falls-nicetown border a new closure goes into place today.
