i want to go "out front" now to kathy jackson. self-quarantined in her home in kirkland, washington. she visited the nursing home that is associated with at least nine deaths, tragic deaths in this coronavirus situation. and kathy, i appreciate you're taking the time. i know you're self-quarantined at home right now. you started to feel sick after you visited the life care nursing home. you were there for work last friday. i know that once you started to feel sick, you called monday morning, you immediately asked to be tested. what happened after that? >> my first was to the state of washington health department and i called the 800 number and was obviously on hold for quite some time which i expected to happen. i mean, i figured that there was a lot of people calling in. when i finally got through to someone, i was -- i told them that i was at the facility on friday and i thought i might have been exposed. and i was told me contacted everybody already that was there, and you're fine. and i said well, no, you didn't contact everyb
