katie, $200,000. pending confirmation of the latest bond condition, if they're similar, you're not allowed to interfere with any of the witnesses in this case, you're not allowed to violate any state or federal laws, you are required to appear when you are ordered to appear for the proceedings that are going to be going on in this case. as you are aware, katy, all the 19 defendants have been charged with one count of rico. donald trump's bond on that one charge is $80,000, for eastman, $20,000. and they have obviously been negotiating the terms of his bond. what it means to us with that increased amount for donald trump on that count one rico count is obviously the d.a.'s office told his lawyers he's going to have to post a higher bond than the other defendants and we've seen that in terms of the numbers. >> donald trump cannot communicate directly or indirectly about the facts of the case except through his lawyer. what does that mean about what donald trump posts on social media? >> this is exactly

katie has the story. katie: as we reported, they are in talks to lead an investment that will be an up around at 43 billion. it was less valued around 38 billion in 2021. there are a lot of pre-ipo companies that can even raise at all, let alone at an increased valuation but a lot of people are drawing comparisons to snowflake which is almost a $50 billion company. data breaks --bricks has been getting more involved in artificial intelligence and they acquired a artificial intelligence business that targets and prices for over $1 billion. they have had inbound interest with investors trying to get in the last round before they go public and it looks like it can fall at 43 billion. ed: this is interesting timing because a lot of companies in the ipo escutcheon may have done a down round in the last two years but they are looking to do something this interesting valuation pre-ipo. what do we know about databricks' near-term intention to go public? katie: if a company is raising money, they usually are not a

certain katie phang, author and host of the katie phang show right here on msnbc. thank you for joining. it's barber let me start with you. when most americans hear the word civil war, they have a mental image of a 19th century battlefield, gettysburg. and i think we're nowhere near anything like that happening again. but can you explain to those people why as you say the u.s. is a lot closer to civil war than most would like to believe? i'm >> most civil wars do not look at all like our first civil war. that was very unusual in which you had these two large powerful armies going after each other. in fact the majority of civil wars especially in the 21st century or more of what we call insurgencies. they are unconventional wars fought by multiple different militias. they use terrorism tactics, they don't try to engage the military, instead they take violence off into civilians, opposition leaders, judges who might be sympathetic with the opposition. that is the norm for civil wars and we have been seeing an uptick in this type of violence not for a number of years.
