let's get first look at the forecast with meteorologist, katie fehlinger live on the cbs-3 skydeck, katy? >> jim, great way of putting it, almost like switch will be flipped, as the days ahead here where it is almost like all the sudden, okay, we decided it will feel like july. just wait until that happens. but for now, it feels real comfortable out on the sky dick, bright blue skies, minimal cloud cover, will likely not last forever, however, because when we go to storm scan3, what you will notice immediately your eye gets just gets drawn, so what's happening to the south and east here, an area of low pressure, just disturbing, rotating through the mid-atlantic, just close enough that we will eventually see some of the clouds rebuild and thick answer bit more, and we've got at least throw in hit or miss shower if not rumble every thunder throughout the course of the afternoon and toward night fall as well. meantime specially through the north and western counties, you have seen nice little rebound go on here. already, at 70 at philadelphia international airport, 74 is the warmest spot o

meteorologist, katie fehlinger tracking our wet week in the cbs-3 weather center. katie, when is it going to stop? >> well, no time super soon, couple of breaks along the way for sure, guys, but every single day of at least the next five, at least the next five. i have to at least allow for shower, so, no day necessarily is a wash-out. but every single day, we call it, you know, very unsettled. so we have couple of different disturbances through in the next couple days, on the moment on storm scan3, not heck of a lot to track here, guys, do you have breaks out there, there will be more that picks up with time. and generally speaking talking spotty showers for the rest of today, possibly thunderstorm and maybe even strong thunderstorm which we will discuss more as the show progresses here, but nor now, visibility still less than ideal at shore towns, up in the resorts near the poconos, but around the region as a whole, we can call it sort of variety pack casino of day. we get to relatively seasonable conditions in the city, there will be some showers to dodge, also f

lets take a first look the a the forecast with meteorologist katie fehlinger live on the sky deck, katie, it is looking good. i'm happy. >> it is. right now already heating things up very efficiently here on the the die denning, brooke and certainly every where else we are seeing sunshine across the board. at the moment nothing to report on storm scan three. that may change with time, however. you know how it is in the summertime in the delaware valley. when you get enough heat, humidity you get enough instability to have isolated small scale thunderstorms popping up around the radar. that is likely what will happen this afternoon on the tail even of the loop. look at carbon monroe county ever so slight speckled of green showing up. in the meantime atmosphere is basically being baked by the sun. so we do have have less than ideal air quality, out there for yet another day especially if you fall in the sensitive category. kid, elderly, respiratory problems, potentially suffer from that, maybe asthma. this could be a rough afternoon for you. please take it easy out there if you must go out

meteorologist, katie fehlinger live in the cbs-3 weather center her first forecast. >> that's right. more rain on the way even though the ray we had on earlier this morning starting to taper off completely, just left with clouds, damp weather the rest of the day, yes, some more rain on the way, as at any really helping to put decent dent thankfully into the rainfall deficit. but yes, does make for obviously dreary conditions, quick peak here at storm scan3, which at the moment has thankfully gun to empty outment granted do you still have very thick cloud deck. don't bank on seeing a lot of sunshine today. visibility have risen considerably since last check, but even up at mount pocono under 2 miles. you will likely still see some areas of fog out there, maybe not as pronounced as it was this morning. but, regardless, there is still a lot of moisture in this atmosphere. mid, upper 50s, anywhere from philly down toward the shore towns, still little cooler by comparison mount pocono, but i suggest a jacket, you know, really not going to rebounds all that much here today. it stays damp.

meteorologist, katie fehlinger live in the cbs-3 skydeck with her first look at the forecast, katy? >> jim, really what's happening right now warmfront beginning to lift in right now. so we've got higher clouds here right now over the cbs-3 skydeck, actually, some locations already starting to see a couple of raindrops. yes, now, not everyone does get hit by that here today. but, the wind is also clearly an issue out here. let's take it to the graphic, spare me some dignity. go on out, storm scan3, at the moment, seeing a little hint of wet weather right now, leading edge of this latest warmfront lifting in at the moment to sussex county, southwestern corner of kent county delaware t does not appear as though this is going to have a chance to climb very far north. most of us will remain rain free here, but you will notice the clouds building in. here's where we stand temperature wise, almost like 68, 69 degrees, like the magic number across most of the board here, flirting with 07 obviously in a lot of spot. not going to rebound too much more than this. we expect maybe low 70s at be
