meteorologist, katie fehlinger tracking the turkey day forecast from the cbs-3 weather center, katy? >> in short the answer is no. that sun is not going to stick around, but at least i would say that if you're going to be traveling on these very busy days right now looks like the weather cooperates for that part of it, so yes, we can handle couple of damp roads on thanksgiving itself. pretty substantial storm system headed our way, first look at storm scan, locally, no storms in site. as we zoom it out one time though you do have wet weather already starting to get awfully close obviously here almost end christ the buckeye state crossing into the eastern great lakes, so eventually, this list as warmfront later today and bridges in some showers come tomorrow. for now, here's where we stand. there is a chill in the air. no where near the breeze that we had yesterday. so in the mid 40's, low 40's, pretty much across the board for the most part, up at mount pocono, coolest spot at 34 degrees, but with that said, what you see is actually what you're getting for a change on the thermometer

meteorologist, katie fehlinger live in the cbs-3 weather center tracking the system. katie, what's the latest? >> the late zest we're all getting hit pretty much here, whole region enveloped in some kind of weather whether it is a fine drizzle or full blown steady rain that's currently coming down. we start thing off by taking a look at how much we've seen so far. and just a short list of couple of rain and the for you here, saylorsburg, up near carbon, monroe carbon area, seen well over three quarters every an inch here, over half inch fall never quicker it un, pottstown, starting to at least rack up totals here, than is not going to be ending any time soon folks. you have not only pockets of steadier rain, but we zoom it around, you will find some good training going on, in other words, the same spots keep getting hit over and over again, by additional rounds of rain. so that's kind of what we're stuck with here for the rest of the day. let alone into tomorrow. so we will track that a little later in the show. for now, looking at the winds speeds, generally southerly

let's get a first look at the forecast with meteorologist, katie fehlinger live out there on the cbs-3 skydeck. how is it feeling now, katy? >> not terrible jan. the sun is shining brightly, even the sun angle needs to drop at this point, still seeing full sunshine right now. few clouds with time, there is actually a frontal boundery that's going to be crossing through, and if you recall, we had wet weather, throughout our entire wednesday, because, of that frontal boundery that just came through, this time, it is a totally different story. look at storm scan, granted, few clouds here and there, starting to show up on storm scan3, but, you're in the going to find any wet weather out of this, for example. current temperature readings up and down the earn tire i95 corridor, even tad milder go into some of the southeastern counties. in palmyra, up at 64 right now, pretty mild beginning to the afternoon, the problem is this doesn't last for very long, again, cold front passage. now, actually since upped our expectations with a high today. just giving you one extra degree to work with, 63
