katie marzullo is live with the shocking details. >> reporter: wesley shermantine, half of the murdering team known as the speed freak killers is again writing letters to the media. he wrote two on march 1st, and dropped big bombshells. he has always blamed his partner loren herzog for the killings. he hung himself in january after learning shermantine is talking. now shermantine is leveling now charges against herzog. he says herzog killed a pregnant woman and hells angels helped to dump the body. he said he shot and killed a woman in utah in 1994. he said herzog trained a third kill area apprentice, a man allegedly named jason jones. he says her taught him how to kill and get away with it. in the letter he says, i have given jason a fair warning. i told him he better run, get out of this country before i expose the next site. contradictinging himself shermantine guess on to say -- contradicting himself shermantine goes on to say he probably won't name any more sites. shermantine says he hasn't seen a dime and he doesn't think he will. he's highly critical of the sheriff's department. m

katie marzullo joins us live from the newsroom with more on the numbers and the story behind them.re you did that, you figured it out for us. >> reporter: i'm working on it. this morning's report means we've had best -- three best months of hiring since the recession began. but it is not as simple as saying more people are finding more jobs. employers added 227,000 nonfarm jobs in february more than the 210,000 economists predicted. unemployment rate remains 8.3%. high paying and lower paying industries hired new employees that includes manufacturing, mining and professional services. the dark secret is the unemployment rate does not include jobless people who have stopped looking for work. some economists say when people hear jobs are being added it could boost their confidence in the economy which would help further. >> there's a lot of people on the sidelines that weren't looking that may start getting back in, wanting to part of this. tick higher as more and more people try to -- it could tick higher as more people try to a job. >> reporter: this could be good for president oba
