katie marzullo is live at the school with the story.hocked parents. >> reporter: yes shocked parents and they will be bombarded with information when they get here. an employee told us that district workers, would be here this morning in full force, giving out information, answering questions people might have. they are sending out a letter to all parents today in three languages. this because of 42-year-old eric lewis, the principal here at montague elementary for the past seven years or so, he was making $114,000 a year now on unpaid administrative leave. police say he's a methamphetamine dealer. they arrested him friday in an undercover operation in san francisco where he lives. parents who already heard about this, are definitely shocked and surprise. >> we got a call from another neighbor saying did we hear about principal lewis? i said what? they said he was arrested for selling drugs. that just doesn't seem like it would fit his demeanor. >> reporter: another parent told us that he won't know if the accusations again the principa

let's go live to katie marzullo. >> reporter: this is the tequila grill behind us the back of the restaurant which technically faces east 14th straight. this was a one alarm fire, firefighters had it out under 40 minutes. not the biggest fire by firefighting standards, but just goes to show what a dangerous job this is, because a firefighter was injured. he suffered a severe leg injury. he was on the roof at the time using a saw to try and cut a hole in the roof to ventilate the fire. something happened up there. the chief says maybe the saw jumped on him and his leg got cut. the injury is not life-threatening but described as very severe. the fire broke out after 2:00 this morning when the first engine arrived, firefighters found heavy smoke and fire from the back of the building. actually, a bricked in storage room that had a dumpster in or near it at the back of the restaurant that's when the fire seems to have originated. it did breakthrough the entry door. it did come into the restaurant. firefighters were able to save the front of the restaurant. smoke damage throughout. flames contain

. >>> and i'm katie marzullo in for kristen sze. the 17-year-old driver who hit and killed a father and daughter while they were riding their bikes is expected in court today. amy hollyfield is live in concord with what is ahead. >> reporter: the family says if the case does close in court today they are departmented to make sure that what happened is never forgotten. there are -- plans to dedicate a bench in the park to the 9-year-old and her father. they were killed while fourth a bike ride april 7th. suv jumped the curb and hit them, they were on the sidewalk riding their bikes on treat boulevard. prosecutors did not charge the 17-year-old driver as adult, as the family hoped if he is sentenced to juvenile detention, he would have to be released when he turns 21, that would be the maximum sentence that is what the family is hoping for. relatives don't know what kind of a lee may have been made -- what kind of plea may have been made. possibly find out today. he is expected to enter guilty pleas today. the nouri family plans to lo

. >>> good morning i'm katie marzullo. >>> i'm eric thomas. cheryl jennings and kristen sze are off today. >> 17-year-old teen in the east bay who was behind the wheel of an suv that killed a father and daughter changed his plea today. laura anthony is live at the courthouse. >> reporter: the nouri family as they met with reporters on the steps of the courthouse was more sad than mad about this plea agreement in juvenile court. a large group of them were in the courtroom as this 17-year-old boy pled guilty to two felony counts of vehicular manslaughter with gross and one misdemeanor count, reckless driving with bodily injure injury. in court it came out the boy was diving 72 in a 45 mile per hour zone april 7th, when his suv jumped the curb and killed a man and his 9-year-old daughter. the 12-year-old had minor injuries. after the hearing the nouri family solemnly left the court building and spoke with reporters, heartbroken they did express relief that this part of their ordeal is over. >> everybody is a parent, a wife, sister, brother. how w
