in concord, katie marzulo, abc 7 news. >> new at 11:00, gilroy police say this man is under arrest for molesting children. officers took 46-year-old antonio garcia into custy today. officers say during the course of their investigation, they learned there were more possible victims, but they aren't saying how many. garcia is facing multiple charges for lewd acts and sexual assault of a child. >> new video tonight shows intense flames racing through the attic of a rodeo home. we were over the burning home on viewpoint boulevard near california street at dinner time tonight. the fire was started by an unattended candle apparently. it took about half an hour to get the flames under control. there is too much damage for the family to stay there, over $200,000 worth. the homeowner suffered minor burns but will be okay. >> sky 7 hd was also over san pablo where an amtrak train hit and killed someone. 47 passengers were on the train headed to sacramento. then none of the passengers or crew was hurt. police are trying to figure out why this person was on the tracks. katie marzulo continues our coverage from san jose. >> that heaviest downpour in san jose happened around 9:30. we were on the road at the time. it definitely felt dicey out there. the rain and the wind taking their toll on drivers and then some. with windshield wipers at full speed it's still hard to see through the driving rain. we caught up with the driver of this car after chp safely escorted him off 680. he spun out, hit another car and ended up facing the wrong way in the median. >> it was a scary moment. i had reflections of my life at one moment. >> we got down trees and downed power lines, car crashes. >> reporter: another driver was on the stevens creek boulevard on ramp as this massive branch came crashing down from high above. >> tree fell over the fence from somebody else's property. just goes to show you, you don't know what you're going to run into. >> reporter: another large branch came down and the sidewalk flooded in front of valley fair mall. you didn't have to be behind the wheel to be in harm's way. ethan was home with his family. a tree fell on to their porch blockin
