i came up the stretch yesterday when headed to up katie o'donnell's, can i not believe how much of a mess it is with the lane shifts here with the construction zone, lanes are really narrow. these barriers come out of no where and slide you over to the left and right. we go back to one of our other traffic cameras, this is the back up here, 95 north now, from say center city, washington avenue, columbus boulevard, all the way north. so it is impacting everyone headed northbound on i-95 with all lanes closed. again we will try to get the chopper over there to get a better look at it. best bet headed north this morning, jump off at washington, and use delaware avenue or columbus boulevard to work your way northbound. then northeast philly, the scene of the fire, we just showed you few moments ago, academy road still closed, between frankford and holme avenue. so, traffic diverted through the neighborhoods there. your best bet, stay away from getting stuck in the detour. it will be a mess through the rush hour, even the school buses have to go on detour. use woodhaven to 95. that will g
