after just 200 enrollees and katie pavlich here with us tonight to talk about this. >> it is compounding problem. i'm here to say aloha. so we are seeing a lot of big problems in hawaii that we have seen all over the country, also the federal exchange, we gave $205 million to why from federal taxpayers to implement the exchanges. only 200 have and will properly because of the exchange's. neil: was the website of the source of the problem? >> it's a combination. some also built the federal exchange as you can imagine why it's not working. the company also has a history trying to build the tax system in hawaii and nothing more. and so at about $750 per enrollee in hawaii at this point. neil: summer working through their own exchanges and what have you. in time will heal a lot of it. what do you find? >> i don't think so. you can talk about the website in one issue, you can talk about it in another. we are seeing that the premiums are increasing by 22% for the interesting thing is that 8% of the population is uninsured and the majority of people are insured through their employer. as we hav

i'm katie pavlich in for sean. the administration made news over the weekend by announcing that 1.1 million americans have, quote, enrolled in obamacare. while the white house is ready to pop open champagne in celebration, critics of the law remain unconvinced. take a look. >> 1 million americans getting on subsidized health care. probably another million on medica medicaid. 6 million had planned they liked and were thrown off. i don't think it is anything to celebrate. >> the announcement of the enrollees is laughable and is far short of the administration's goal. in fact in september kathleen sebelius was asked to estimate how many people she expects to sign up. remember this? >> what does success look like? >> i think it looks like at least 7 million people having signed up by the end of march 2014. >> that means in three months she needs to find 6 million people to volunteer for this train wreck. go good luck. here to share predictions for 2014 the author of "the happiest life and the secret to success" hugh h

let's ask katie pavlich, a news editor of town hall.com and fox news contributor and has a great piecet. katie, good morning. >> good morning. >> has america become the land of man children in the land of obama? is that what we've become? >> we're definitely getting there. since 2009, the youth unemployment rate for young people 18 to say 35 has hovered around 16%. when you have that problem, you have more people living at home and more people depending on government programs. under barack obama, who we all know is a big government advocate, there is an interest in keeping young people dependent on their parents and dependent on big government because the last thing they want is for young people to go in the real world and realize how much things actually cost, how many taxes they're paying and what it takes to be independent. >> what is the interest, the specific interest they have in making sure that young people don't know what it's like in the real world, that are comforted and sheltered by the government dole, by dollars, by checks, by benefits? why are they doing that? is the dem
