we are told in 1979 in reno the woman called katie woods confessed to the murder of college student michelle mitchell. she's a college student from reno. she was convicted then later sentenced to life in prison. she's serving this term now. law enforcement source tells us that it was dna evidence that convicted woods but they believe that she had a male accomplice that may have committed the other murders. this is 7 news. >> san jose police arrested 2 men they say are responsible for a series of armed robbery a at convenience stores. this is security video of one of those robberies. you can see one of the men fired a gun that the air. police say the 2 men had committed 20 armed robbery since late december. last friday an officer spotted them robbing a store. san jose police chased them down with the help of the santa clara county sheriff's department helicopter. >> crossing the highway crossing the highway notice. on the highway proper. the crossing 280. through traffic. >> minutes later san jose police arrested the suspect without injury. they also believe they have handgun used in the robbery. now
