i would like to welcome director katy tang with office of small business. >> thank you. good afternoon committee members. i'm going to dive into amendments being proposed today since it our second time at land use committee. last time we made reference to several amendments we would make to the legislation and the version before you today has the bulk of the amendments with the fact that we added in allowance of limited corner commercial uses into the planning code. just in high level summary, we make some of those changes reflected in the introduction section. we also in section 186 have further aligned amendments adopted by land use committee october 30 as mentioned to allow limited corner commercial uses in residential districts but leave code as is for non conforming limited commercial use subject to section 1 aket 6. in tables 209.1 and 209.2 the zoning control tables for rh and rm districts we make changes that have to do with not permitting lcc use. not permitted limited corner commercial uses if there is residential conversion or residential unit or unauthorized
