katy zachary, nbc 10 news. >>> and new information.ree of five casinos where workers were threatening to strike this holiday weekend have reached a deal. local 54 of the unite here union said just a few hours ago that it has a new deal with three casinos. bhalla's, cesar's, and harrahs. talks remain underway with the tropicana and the trump taj mahal. the last casino strike in atlantic city was back in 2004. workers at two casinos could still strike tomorrow if a deal is not reached. the union wants a return of concessions they gave to casinos in past contracts when the finances were shakier. the casinos say they want a deal that's fair to both sides. and this morning, the family of a 13-year-old killed yesterday wants to know where he and his friends got the gun that they were playing with. police are calling it an accidental shooting. they say a group of teenagers was playing with a gun when it went off and hit the 13-year-old in the head. they did find the gun nearby. neighbors were there when the gun went off and watched as the tee
