katy zachry is following the first alert traffic. katy? >> i have good news for drivers in northeast philadelphia who may be taking the boulevard northbound. in the last little bit, a crash that was really affecting things has cleared that crash was in the outer lane between woodhaven road and southampton road. traffic was having to be detoured into the inner northbound lane. that cleared skyforce 10 left that scene and is going to a scene that also in the last couple of minutes has cleared. there was an accident on 76 westbound, the ramp to 422 and swedesburg road. there was a ramp restriction associated with that, this is in the king of prussia area, upper merion. two bits of good news because that has cleared as well. another major, 95 at cottman avenue, this is the northbound lane, one of the ramps making their way to 95 northbound. southbound we see traffic picking up a little bit but no issues to report. when i see you in less than ten minutes, we'll take a look at your drive times on new jersey roads. vai? >>> the funerals for two o

nbc10's katy zachry is live outside of the courthouse in norristown. they want another one with cosby's accuser there. explain that. >> reporter: tracy, that's right. when we were last at this montgomery county courthouse it was for bill cosby's preliminary hearing, during which time the judge found enough evidence to move the case to trial. however, bill cosby and his attorneys will be back at this courthouse at 1:00 today to argue that this trial should not be held until accuser andrea constand testifies in court. attorneys will ask the assigned rile judge to reconsider the case, on the grounds that the victim, constand, a former temple university employee, should have been required to testify at the may 24th preliminary hearing. and that defense attorneys should have had the right to cross examine her. now, prosecutors in the case say a recent court ruling allowed them to use constand's police statement in lieu of her appearing in court. the hearing is set for 1:00 today. cosby, again is expected to be here with his attorneys. now, if the judge rule

nbc 10's katy zachry is live with more. katy? >> one person wasting zero time responding to the fbi's decision not to go ahead with charges was donald trump. he called the system rigged. we've learned trump will be a main focus of clinton's remarks in atlantic city today. the former secretary of state and presumptive democratic nominee will speak to reporters on the boardwalk just after noon. a big topic is donald trump's business practices and multiple bankruptcies in that shore town. clinton's appearance comes one day after president obama campaigned on her behalf for the first time. it's the first time the two hit the trail this year. it's also one day after she learned the fbi will not proceed with charges for her use of a personal e-mail server when she served as secretary of state. still, the fbi director james comey called clinton extremely careless when handling this classified information. we'll have reaction from donald trump and hillary clinton coming up in the next hour. i'm live in the digital operation center, katy

i'm katy zachry. >> it is rainy on this sunday morning. here a live look. summer storms are hitting the area. this is cape may. let's get to meteorologist kristol klei. >> storms are scattered. we had the live look outside of cape may, not seeing shower there is now, but a little further inland, you see the yellows and oranges sitting in south jersey and that activity spreads across much of new jersey along the shore as well. we do see some of the heaviest rain falling in our area. and then also tracking some of the activity near philadelphia. so just to the north into kensington, it could wash-out roadways or pile up the water, ponding. please drive safely out there. then farther to the northeast, into new jersey, and this is going to continue to track along to the east/northeast this morning. meaning it will start to shift right into parts of more central and northern parts of new jersey. then we look into toms river, getting pounded as well as lacey for at least a half hour, this heavy rain has been generating over that area, and a reminder, a flood advi
