katy zachry live for us. read for morning rush hour. >>> vai and rosemary. can't deny the bridge has reopened. clearly hear the sound of trucks and cars going over it. for the last six plus weeks no sound like that because this bridge was under some serious repairs. now late last night crews finished the final repairs ahead of a planned april reopening, but you know the fact they opened four weeks or so early, that is the delight of tens the of thousands of commuters this morning. we learn that the repair crew worked around the clock literally. worked 7 days a week here on the delaware river turnpike bridge to reopen it weeks earlier than they originally thought. a crack was found back in january in westbound lane. from that point on, the bridge was off limits to over 40,000 drivers who used it day will toy get back and forth from pennsylvania and new jersey. sky force 10 last night was over it as the first of tv drivers made their way across the bridge. to ensure the safety of the bridge after the repairs, crews ran a test by having trucks carrying 40 tons
