here's katy zachry manning the first alert traffic center. good morning, katy. >> that's right, vai. looking at our cameras, it's surprising, there isn't as much construction as we normally see on a monday morning at this time, so good news for drivers. this is the ben franklin bridge from camden headed west fwheerd philadelphia. if you're headed west over the ben franklin bridge, right where you meet the midspan mark, you'll find the two right lanes are closed off for some track work, patco track work. there is construction at midspan on the ben franklin bridge headed westbound. taking a live look at 76 right at montgomery drive, east and west looking great in both directions. heading into montgomery county, 422 eastbound, the ramps to and from armand hammer boulevard, they are closed. it's part of a long-term construction project, closed for the next several weeks. also now going into montgomery county, route 202 right at route 30, things are free and clear of any problems out there. crickets out there. vai? >> we like crickets. thank you,

. >> katy zachry here now manning the first alert traffic center for us. hi, katy. >> good morning. yes, so, our story this morning at this hour is congestion. taking a look right now at 422 right at trooper road, where you can see eastbound headed off in the distance a lot of brake lights, and that congestion is part of our overall congestion story. the worst, of course, being 95 southbound between woodhaven and the vine. nearly 30 minutes it will take you to do that infamous stretch. 76 westbound, you're slow as well. then 422, that video i just showed you. so, things are really slowing out there. and almost as quickly as these accidents came into our system, they are now out of our system. they've been cleared. so, this was the one in montgomery county on welsh road and bethlehem pike. that is cleared. also on skippack pike, route 73, there was a crash at white hall road and that's been cleared as well. live look right now at route 22 and route 309 up in the lehigh valley. 78 free and clear of any issues. area bridges are great. mass transit's running on or close to schedule, but

the man she was with also shot. nbc 10's katy zachry is live in the ogontz section of philadelphia. >> reporter: tracy, for the second time in as many weeks, philadelphia police are on the scene of a deadly shooting involving a pregnant woman who, sadly, her child who was delivered via emergency delivery has died. that's the latest word we got from police. let me back up and tell you when it all started. it was just before 1:00 this morning that police were called to the ogontz section of the city at 20th and nedro. there were multiple calls that came in about a shooting. when police got on scene -- and i'm told they arrived within seconds of those calls and the shooting happening -- they found two victims who were lying on the sidewalk right where you see many of the detectives standing right now. they were between this white chevy impala and the store front. and if we look to the sidewalk, you can see a number of evidence markers detailing evidence. many bullet casings were found at the scene. police believe that what happened was ove

katy zachry's live at the scene. and katy, any information on the condition of that third victim? >> reporter: yeah, vai, we're hearing that that third victim, a 26-year-old man who's at einstein medical center, is in critical condition after he was shot twice at this intersection behind me. you can see police are holding the scene right now after homicide detectives have left. these officers on scene are waiting for a police tow truck to remove the victim 's car fro this corner. police say in a 25-year-old pregnant woman, eight months pregnant, and a 26-year-old man were in this car at 20th and nedro streets just before 1:00 a.m. several calls came into the police department about a shooting. >> when police arrived on the scene, both of the victims, the male and the female, were on the sidewalk, laying on the sidewalk right next to that chevy impala. there is blood in the impala. the impala appears to have been struck by gunfire. >> reporter: and those responding philadelphia officers drove the two victims to the hospital. the woman eight months pregnant had been shot four times, including in the head. she died at einstein medical center around 1:00 this mor
