kayla? >> carl, we're just getting word that cross border regulators are levying $920 million in fines for jpmorgan for faulty oversight on the london whale oversight case. the federal reserve will get a $200 million fine, the office of the controller of the currency will get $300 million from jpmorgan and the remaining will be split between the securities and exchange commission and the uk's conduct authority. we do not know whether jpmorgan has admitted wrong doing. the firm has said there were errors in its oversight and loopholes to allow that trade to happen and get as big as it did and to cause the steepness in losses that it did. but we haven't seen a formal admission of guilt to a regulator. that is expected, if it does happen, to come in the release from the securities and exchange commission, which we have not seen hit the wires yet. but this is a coordinated settlement with all of those four regulators, $920 million in fines. there are a lot of allegations outstanding at the depar

thanks, bob. >>> let's get to kayla back at hq.e you an update on the mega bond that's currently being built by verizon. of course, to fund its big acquisition of verizon wireless from vodafone. it's, of course, $130 billion, to fund part of that, verizon was in the market with what was supposed to be a $20 billion bond, building its order book. i'm told from sources the order book has exceeded $50 billion. it's already oversubscribed, even at the middle of the trading day today. it's likely at this point that verizon could look to upsize that offer, possibly to $25 billion or higher. of course, the bond issue is not expected to price until tomorrow, depending on demand. that could be moved up, also. but i'm told that that is still expected to happen tomorrow. of course, the pricing does depend on demand. i'm told all of the bonds are expected to price at a slight premium to verizon's existing bonds, but the more demand there is the tighter the spread, over treasuries, and certainly looking to be a successful order book being built

kayla is breaking it down for us. demand seems to be hot. >> biggest deal ever.izon is expected to sell the debt today. it would easily be the biggest bond deal ever, dwarfi inin inis $7 billion sale in april. verizon initially intended to sell backside 20 billion of debt this week and repeatedly raised that target as the orders kept flowing in. verizon's purchase price for verizon wireless, the rest is primarily in stock. it has ads 61 billion bridge, that's a short-term loan. $12 billion of that will be paid off with a longer item loan. the company is going to meet with lenders today to market that loan to ininvestors. verizon is going to sell bonds ranging in maturity from three to 30 years. verizon's ten-year bonds are expected to yield 5.21% and 30-year bonds at 6.54%. that's anywhere from 2.25% to 2.6% above treasury yields and that's roughly around where verizon debt is trading right now. it indicates investment interest in corporate bonds in a time when the u.s. economy remain near historic lows. the expansion of the sale shows the eagerness of companies
