friends say the bullet tour right through keegan's right lung. gunman then fled and was apprehended a short time later. here's abington police giving us a quick update on the situation. >> details are sketchy but apparently there was dispute over money that was owed, and the victim is the owner of the business. the suspect is an employee, and as a result of that, he pulled out a gun and shot him. >> he's very nice person. i don't know why it happened. i mean -- own business for so many years. a lot of aggravation between the drivers and the owners. >> reporter: and back out here live, that is roman barkin he is the co owner of the taxi company with the victim. he tells us that the victim alex keegan is in stable condition at abington hospital. he tells us the victim is a awake and talking and that his wife and three daughters are with him now at the hospital. and that he is expected to be okay. but as you can see from this scene, police still holding the scene here and this continues to be a very active investigation. dawn, back to you. >> all ri
