officers arrested 25-year-old keith woodhouse. he has no criminal record.n fact, he passed a background check before starting work at an after school day care at trace elementary school in san jose. he has worked at the center since august. woodhouse is accused of molesting five girls all under the age of 10. parents and neighbors say they are stunned by the arrest. >> you could be standing next to someone who you think is the greatest person in the world and yet you don't know. >> woodhouse has apparently volunteered as a camp counselor and was with youth min cities in los ang lels. officers are concerned there are more victims. they are managed by a private company, not the unified school district. they sent letters to parents of approximately 60 students. >>> the trial for phillip garrido can move forward today if lawyers on both sides agree he's mentally competent to stand trial. phillip garrido and his wife fan cy face charges of kidnapping jaycee duke dugard. if lawyers can't reach an agreement, the competency hearing will be felt february 28. >>> you
