joining us with the final numbers, keith bruce, ceo of the host committee. keith, thanks for coming in. >> thank you. >> i saw the nfl commissioner had taken out a full ad in the chronical and i believe the words perfect celebration were used. have you had a conversation with roger goodell or anyone else about their experience here? >> yes, we officially handed the ball over the houston for the next one, and we had a nice conversation. i think that spoke about how the nfl feels. they feel it was a world class event. the words best ever were used in a number of different measurements. i think most importantly, the nfl wanted to make history and that was the headline of the ad. we wanted to redefine the way the super bowl was celebrated, particularly here in the bay area. i think from the perspective of the nfl, it was a huge success, something that was befitting of the 50th super bowl for them. >> what does it take to get another one? there's a waiting period, then who gets to decide? >> the owners ultimately decide. based on the feedback we got, we feel good

keith jones is live outside the broward county jail with more on the case. >> reporter: bruce jorgensen has been in jail for just under a month. basically in court today his attorney went to b b for him saying he is a good dad. the judge bought it and reduced bond to a manageable $5,000. it took aorneys less than two minutes to sufficiently prove risk. a key piece of evidence this flight itinerary. the internaonal lawyer had court proceedings on an island in the south pacific. some say it was one way to new zealand. they had a d dpute in their car near their plantation home. jorgensen stopped thear and told him to get out and left. he hasn't been seen since. for more than a month, jorgensen never notifyied police.. >> it should be noted each te that this child has run away it's been mr. jorgensen who reporter: the grandparents who took care of the teen for a time says he has perfected the disappearing act. >> he's been gone for months. e's a survivor. authority. >> reporter: newspaper clippings of his frequent runaways from around the world in places he lived were presented in court. fu

. >> reporter: keith, right now the district attorney is trying to invalidate or discredit any deal made in 2005 by the former d.a., bruce castor, and cosby's attorneys. the key witness this afternoon, the woman who represents andrea constand, she's the one who claims bill cosby drugged and assaulted her 12 years ago. the attorney for andrea constand, the alleged victim, testified for the prosecution. delores troiani told the court she was not informed by the former district attorney bruce castor that cosby could never prosecuted. that's the root, whether a decision by castor never to bring criminal charges is valid. troiani testified that the wiretaps that constand and her mother conducted to record bill cosby on the phone were legal. as for cosby's self, he walked into court with his head held high and gestured to fans who gathered to show support. now the district attorney spent much of tmuch of the morning peppering the witness why an agreement was never put into writing, why never memorialized in a way, that could be a factor once the judge makes a decision. >>> what happens in this case could also affect andrea con
