we have matt keller joining us now. good morning to you. hi, good morning, stephanie. all right. course, we've been talking about this all morning. santa clara county is under a flood watch through monday morning. to set up some context for our viewers. can you walk us through how valley water is involved with all of this and the counties involved with the county's response to the severe weather. >> sure. yeah. valley water open up our emergency operation center at 4 this morning. and so we work with the county. we were kids the best cities as well to inform them of what's going on in the waterways and to make sure we're communicating, you know, some of the risks that are taking in places like why they river and some of the other hot spots around santa clara county. >> okay. very good. no. san jose's mayor declared a local state of emergency because of flooding can you tell us a bit about what the situation is looking like out there now? >> yes, so it looks like some of this storm has been delayed a bit. so that has caused to, you know, we were expecting the flood conditions to s

matt keller with the santa clara valley water. matt want to thank you. i know you're busy.e, let's say good morning again to rosemary, who's been a very busy weather person today. and it's keeping on coming, isn't it? yes yes. >> we are looking at a good amount of rain between now and noontime time before it begins to taper off just a bit. here's a look from ktvu here is a look over san francisco, where we have some fog out there this morning. in addition to the rain and the wind, some of the rainfall totals so far, we'll call it the last 24 hours. but really, it was last night into this morning when the rain began. san jose reporting a little bit more than a third of an inch in the north bay mill valley, reporting almost an inch and a half los gatos towards the santa cruz mountains. getting into the hills there, reporting an inch so far and another inch to two, maybe three inches expected by tonight. in early tomorrow morning. the winds are blowing quite strong as we talked about before the break, and showed you some of those. wind gusts are reaching above 50 55mph in our
