kelly?ou. another homegrown terror arrest going on. this ohio man has been taken into custody while trying to buy an assault rifle from an undercover fbi agent. he's been charged with attempting to provide support to isis while living in the cleveland area. federal agents have made at least 10 isis arrests on american soil in the last month alone including this queens college student suspected of plotting to bomb new york city landmarks. we have the latest from washington >> reporter: so far seven people have been arrested on isis-related charges. at least four within the last week. six of the seven are charged with conspiracy to provide material support to isis. all are men. all but one are under the age of 30. the seventh man arrested in june is accused of trying to stab an agent during an isis-related investigation. that's 61 people in 20 states charmed with isis-related crimes in two years. >> these people are encouraged by the success of isis overseas. we see isis having success over su

bob kelly? >> sue, good morning everybody. 4:17 live look at the 42 freeway as we work our way in toward the walt whitman bridge. yes, roads are still wet. same deal as yesterday. same deal as monday. one more day giving those new wiper blades a work out. and we're shut down on the vine street expressway this morning. eastbound lanes closed until about 5:00. this is the is a project that was supposed to occur sunday into monday, it got rained out. but last night it, rained, and they showed up. so the bottom line is the eastbound lanes are closed, between the schuylkill and broad street, as paul part of the reconstruction project. so coming into philadelphia, leaving the house right now the next half hour or so couple of options. you can jump off at spring garden street, work your way up the parkway to race street, right by the cathedral there, and that takes you up into the number street. or just go to the next exit, which is south street, same deal work your way south street through the number

kelly o'donnell in washington. kelly, thanks. >>> now to a bizarre scene that's unfolded overseas in the country of georgia. tigers lions, even a hippo, on the loose in that nation's capital, dwaters damaged the local zoo. setting many of the animals free. we get more on that now from nbc's kelly cobiella. >> reporter: it was a true urban jungle zoo animals roaming georgia's capital city tbilisi, some just trying to stay dry. throughout the day, the military helped animal workers round up lions, tigers and bears. warning people to stay inside. more than 30 animals escaped during a violent night of torrential rain and floods. a river of mud and debris cut through the city sweeping away cars and homes. trapping people. and destroying much of the zoo. including this bear enclosure. in the chaos, this hippo swam out of his pen. zookeepers tried to save the other animals but there wasn't enough time. three of the zoo's staff died. >> it was really devastating. i can't say anything more. it was -- it was horrific. >> rep
