i'm kelly evans, recovery today on wall street after the federal reserve outlined plans this afternoonce sheet and hinted again at a rate hike in december and three more next year. look at this dow, it's up 39 points, that's roughly where we were before that decision came out and pushed markets lower so new record close of 22,410. we have steadily marched through some key levelings i guess every 100 points 22410 is the new high. sooep up a point and a half to 2508 the nasdaq is lower today. shedding a couple of points there. 6466 we had decliners for western digital among a few other nasdaq firm firms adobe was after a big day yesterday. and the russell 2,000 up about a third of 1%. the russ sl gradually trying to go back up to it's closing high of 1450 which it reached in late july shares of apple were falling today on reports that lots of the iphone series three watch have issues with connectivity. the company has acknowledged a problem, says it is working on a fix, but with all the negative reviews, too little, too late? we're going to have more coming up apple down 1.5% today. join

kelly. live in southeast with more is evan lambert. >> jim, marina, that celebration of lifeer is main joy is going on now inside thorough good marshall academy where 16-year-old zier kelly was a students. he just started his you senior year at the school. i was inside about 15 or 20 minutes ago and at that point one of the zier's coaches was speaking about the standout student and standout athlete kelly was. kelly is a twin. and just to bring you back to what happened. d.c. police say last week, last wednesday night kelly was walking home from a convenience store in northeast not far from his home, 13 street northeast near downing street northeast when a 19-year-old suspect came up and tried to attack him. tried to rob him according to d.c. police. d.c. police say zier had a pocket knife and tried defending himself h he was able to stab that attacker but the attacker according to police was able to shoot kelly and both zier kelly and the suspect died of their injuries at the hospital. so, you can imagine that this community is feeling that loss extremely hard for by all accounts the student
