kelowna, certainly, has the potential -- north carolina, certainly, it has the potential. >> our senators democrats on the defensive here. governorship is very mixed with democrats slightly on the offense there. what is the difference there? why the difference between one party on the offense at the aand the other l party on the offense in congress? >> it is a great question. i wish i had an answer that was totally comparable. first of all, i think there is a difference between the federal races and the state races. in terms of the house and the have to do that within the context of the partisan division. so democrats, i think, are on of in both those -- on the defensive in both those. and the republicans are hitting up on their feelings, so they have upside potential. i think governors races and the many governors are having has to do with the angst out there and the frustration. so you have the strange situation of republican in kansas and alaska being in real trouble. the republicans might win in massachusetts, rhode island -- so i think that with governors, reflecting the general diss
