i am ken bastida. >> i am elizabeth cook. a grass fire burning in the north bay. chopper five is flying to the scene in san rafael right now. where a few miles off but already you can the the smoke billowing over the bridge there. this is from a grass fire that broke out just minutes ago behind target on shoreline parkway. here is a picture of all that smoke coming from that fire. flames upper near some neighborhoods, and we will take you back out live. firefighters are on scene, no word on how many acres have gone up for the cause of this one. crews are also busy in san jose this afternoon. chopper five over this vegetation fire along 680 near berryessa, about two hours ago the wind fueled some of those flames. part of it burnt in the offramp and quickly spread right up to the edge of the freeway sound wall, that is also near some homes. it also blocking the cloverleaf and crews were able to get it finally contained. stomach.emergency for most of california, and for bay area counties were just added to the list. take a look. a total of 41 counties are now under t
