but the ken doll, a pretty good looking guy is in good shape. i saw one study done many years ago. i don't know how scientific it was but there is a possibility that a man toco attend the ken look. there is a guay that has had more than 100,000 worth of plastic surgeries to look like a ken doll. this is an issue that affects men too. >> yes, again, it is a serious problem of brainwashing. and i believe that men also have a lot of trouble with this, with a ken doll also because a lot of -- a lot of guys, they actually love plus size women. but in public they would never show that i'm in involve with a voluptuous woman. because they see the image of the cookie cutter barbie and ken and that is the image they have in their head of what a perfect couple looks like. and it is just sad. it is time for it to change. and that's why i'm here today. >> well, this is creating a lot of buzz on social media. let's go to hermela with a question on social media. >> ernest says neither obesity or anorexia should be an ideal. find the middle ground, is there is middle ground? maybe a barbie that is

those who asked for husbands got ken dolls. some people, very humble. and they were given socks. so quite a neat story there. >>> time magazine announcing its finalist for 2013's person of the year. house and human services secretary kathleen sebelius making the list for leading that rollout of obamacare. texas senator ted cruz who famously tried to block the health care law by fill buster and reading "green eggs and ham." and miley cyrus, grabbing headlines with all the controversial antics and pretty much every performance she's had. rounding out the list is the president of syria, al assad, amazon founder, pope francis, president obama, and the president of iran, also nsa leaker edward snowden. i'm not sure you want to be on that list. those are your headlines. >> i bet it's snowden. >> with that company there? >> thank you very much. >>> speak of snowden, from snowden to snow and ice, wreaking havoc on roads all across the country, a massive 25-car pileup on a new york city highway injuring more than 35 people. thankfully nobody was seriously hurt.

let's bring in our fed panel once again, bob doll, ken volpert thank you for staying with us. david kelly, welcome to the show. your reaction, sir? >> well, i think logically this is what they had to do. if you look at what's happened this year the unemployment rate 7%, housing starts over a million units, the s&p 500 up 25%. in this economy you have to pull back from the most extreme monetary policy in a century. it's overdue. i'm glad to see it. i think we are due to move back towards normal monetary policy. ultimately it is somewhat negative for the bond market but i think it should be positive for equities when people realize it reflects an improving economy. >> that was the point, david, we were trying to make before the decision came down and i was sort of hammering and pestering bob and ken about the forecast because it's like whoa, wait a minute, $10 billion off of a program that did not exist before 15 months ago, was not going to end the world. >> absolutely. we are -- we are $3 trillion away from a normal fed balance sheet and we're not moving towards it, we're slow
