today interior secretary ken salazar slammed british petroleum for missing deadlines on sealing that broken well that continues to release all that oil. he was part of a del grags from washington that toured the gulf today. jay gray is live with the latest. i understand you've got some breaking news about the environmental protection agency now? >> hey there, jim. the lead administrator for the epa, lisa jackson, also on the ground here in the region and just announced within the last few minutes that she is insisting that bp cut back on the chemical disbersmentes they have been using to try to break up the oil on the surface of the gulf and the oil that's underneath. they've been applying it at the leak site. she wants it cut back 50% to 75% because she's not satisfied that bp has done enough research to find a less toxic replacement. she says she understands it's been effective at some point now, but the long-term results of using such a volume of chemicals in the water is not known, especially for the marine life and the water shelf here. so she's again insisting that bp reduce th
