"imagine with me what it would be like to have donald trump sitting the oval office come januar20 "if hillary clinton were to be elected, it would create an unprecedented and protracted constitutional crisis..." trump was back in must-win florida on wednesday - pitching himself to minority voters. kendra conlon 10 news wtsp police insist ybor is safe... saying violent and property crimes are down nearly 38 percent from last year. right now, investigators are tracking down the driver... and say he still hasn't come forward to claim his car - or tell his side of what happened. right now -- the escaped inmate in polk county. 45- year old joseph flanagin stole a pick-up truck and took off! he was working in fleet maintenance in bartow and last seen around 3:30 thursday afternoon. he was 66 days in on a 300 day sentence for a probation violation on petit theft. deputies found the truck but are still looking for flanagin. if you see him, call 9-1-1. just last month another inmate escaped from a bartow work detail. inmate david ross held a corrections officer at knife point and escaped in a work truck. ross was later captured in st. petersburg. for the first time-- you're about to hear the "heart-wrenching 9-1-1 call"-- made by a maryland woman moments after she was viciously attacked by a black bear. the 63-year old woman survived! but as

pete, kendra conlon, 10news wtsp here's something else to check. the teacher admitted to finding the student's - from her instagram account. so again, be careful about the information you share publicly, on all of your social media profiles. new this morning -- the overtime rule-- set to kick in next week-- is on hold for now! a judge-- blocked it-- after "21 states and business groups" challenged it-- calling it unlawful. so what does tonight's decision mean? well first of all this is not a final decision. the judge in this case has simply delayed the december 1st date. this rule was set to take effect until this could go through the legal process. make most people who make less than 47-500, eligible for overtime. that's about 4 point 2 million americans! so what does this mean for the bottom line?? an employee making 40-thousand dollars a year, who averaged 5 hours of overtime a week, would be owed an extra 144 dollars in ot pay, which adds up to an extra 7,500 dollars a year. this was one of president obama's big missions for his final year in o

investigators tell 10news reporter kendra conlon that crooks are taking guns in what they believe is an organized crime spree. adriana shadrick says the burglars got away with a 300 pound safe and 32 of her husband's guns. he's a firearms instructor and collector. they took pistols... shotguns, and they also stole adriana's sense of security. she's normally home during the day. investigators linked that break in to another armed burglary here in winter haven that same day - they say by connecting the getaway car - to a larger crime spree. auburndale police say this white lincoln towncar with a beige top has been spotted in at least 2 of the burglaries.. they believe a white four door car's also involved. detectives say this is where neighbors spotted two men knocking on doors... to make sure the coast was clear. the shadrick's hope they're caught before anyone gets the best way to get back a stolen gun is by having a detailed description -- making note of custom features. ask police to submit your gun's serial number to the national crime information center. the database is used by l
