abc's kenneth moton with the details. good morning, kenneth. >> reporter: good morning, kendis and eva. it was mostly a rainy weekend in d.c., so the president was inside and on a twitter tear. several tweets aimed right at the fbi and doj about an alleged spy within his campaign for president. today president trump is expected to officially follow through on his stunning order, tweeting, i hereby demand that the department of justice look into whether or not the fbi/doj infiltrated or surveilled the trump campaign for political purposes and if the request came from the obama administration. the presidential intervention threatened by trump last month on fox news. >> you look at the corruption at the top of the fbi, it's a disgrace. and our justice department, which i try and stay away from, but at some point i won't. >> reporter: the president is responding to reports from "the washington post" and "the new york times" that the fbi sent an informant to talk to several campaign and trump advisers. those aides were flagged
