radar shows light snow continuing to fall near kenosha. for the most part the rest of the region is looking dry. we see this system coming true. does not look like much right now. temperatures are warmer to the west. you can make out the rain and snow line. that cold air is coming our way and that will be here as the precipitation arrives. by nine a m snow across the central portion of the viewing area. it will be heavy this afternoon. we finally dry out into the day. by 7:40 p.m. the snow clears out. our high temperature is 29 degrees. four-8 in. of snow possible. we're down to 19 degrees tonight. wednesday we make 36 degrees with another chance of rain and snow into friday. >> you say that with a smile. we have a few accidents. another accident at michigan and ohio and on the kennedy free right lanes are blocked. northbound cumberland on ramp blocked until 5:00. flashing lights at state and 18 and state and archer. no word on when that will be restored. >> >> where is this sound? >> i guess i lost it. we are done with that. did you watch

i just got off the phone with the kenosha police department.confirm the student is 16 years old. and i don't think anybody would imagine it was all caught on video but it sure was. watch this. a wisconsin bus driver is out of a job after a violent fight with a passenger on board his bus. the whole thing was caught on tape. the shocking video shot inside a bus packed with high school students. shows the heated moments before a violent altercation between kenosha transit bus driver scotty wells and a teen passenger last month. the video seems to show the testy encounter was not the first time the two had exchanged words. >> i know it's you. i've been waiting to see you. >> that's that for? >> that's for your mouth. >> [ inaudible ]. >> no, when you got off the bus the last time. >> reportedly, wells told authorities he asked for the teen's information after allegedly experiencing issues with him on previous rides. the teen is seen in the video taking a seat. but a few moments later, he approaches the front of the bus and pulls the first punch. >>

[ applause ] this is a stark contrast to the negative job outlook of the past. during my predecessor's last term, wisconsin lost more than 133,000 jobs and lost more than 27,000 businesses. in 2009, the unemployment rate peaked at 9.2%. during that same year, wisconsin's ranking in chief executive magazine's best and worst states for business was 43rd. in 2009, a survey of employers by the chamber of commerce showed just 4% thought our state was heading in the right direction. now, our ranking is up to 17th-one of the fastest jumps of any state in the country. [ applause ] as of last month, 95% of the employers surveyed said wisconsin is headed in the right direction. that's right, ninety-five percent.
