but through parts of kent county along dover, we have light rain. one area of heavier rain in maryland should be setting up to move into delaware very soon. there were a couple of lightning strikes in that area of rain earlier. but they seem to have been gone for the moment. cold air starts to move in, though, once all the rain leaves. so this will be setting up for tomorrow afternoon and especially as we go into the weekend. here's future weather. so the rain we see to our south right now does clear out overnight tonight. starting off tomorrow morning, we are dry. but in the afternoon, we still have a chance for a few showers. you notice possibly a few sprinkles moving in in the afternoon hours. this will be part of lake-effect snow. by the time it gets here, it will be too warm for snow. we'll still have the chance of passing showers. tomorrow evening, we dry up. this will be the trend as we go into the weekend. some of this fog is mainly in the lehigh valley. watch what happens here overnight and into the morning hours. that fog really goes away

right to double scan radar, we'll talk about thunderstorms that are pushing towards maryland and kent county. these were originally severe in parts of maryland and moving to the east at speeds of 35 miles per hour near smyrna and middletown, some of the lightning has faded off the radar, at this point, they are weakening and they could pose some winds as strong as 40 miles per hour as the showers push to the east, they will stay south of salem and north of fortescue and millville. fort breeze at 4:24 and odessa heights at 4:24, but as you workup the pipeline towards philadelphia, it's generic light showers for the evening rush, another concern is not only the drizzle that is around much of the area, and the visibility, it has dropped around the region, 2 miles in philadelphia and 3 in allentown and 2 in reading, and 2.5 in lancaster and in the poconos, 0 visibility. now that the sun is setting, and it's darker earlier, you head out and encounter the fog use the low beams, the less light you put out the less light being reflected back into your eye. 50 in trenton and warmer to the south in mi

few pockets of heavy rain just north of dover, down there, kent county. sea isle city, north wildwood, getting some rain this morning, pretty steady. and we see few pockets of heavier rain in chester county, and around marple in delco headed toward norristown up there in montgomery county. so, here are some of our rough change-over times. poconos, lehigh valley, anywhere between 7:00 to 9:00 this morning when we expect the change-over to snow. and that's why we don't see the winter storm warning kicks in until then. northern and west suburb, 9:11, i95, tricky part, 11:00 to 2:00. maybe little earlier than that, and anywhere between 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., south jersey, some places southern jersey even the shore may not see the change over at all. so this is what you have been await to go see probably? one to 2 inches, and two to 4 inches, line of de mark case, bob kelly, right around i-95. but, no matter how much we get, it is just going to be very sloppy out there. because the roads are still warm, but there is snow falling on them later on. >> you know, today
