and we have seen the situation at 145 and 147 and we agree completely the keppa that this should not be permitted. thank you. >> operator: you have two questions remaining. >> hi. my name is evon gavaray and i live around the corner from this project. and as a long-time resident -- and i was born on rhode island street a few blocks away. i've witnessed continued development and modifications in every corner of our neighborhood. often with little regard to the correct process. so although i think that at 145, they're trying to make changes, it's important there's a discretionary review first is people go and see how close these little houses are. you know, our neighborhood is full of properties that aren't exactly 25 by 100 or whatever the regular dimensions are. and so, i think that keppa has good reason to want to have a higher screen and other changes because the area is so small and the light and the air is very important. and so, i agree that i think that the variance should be denied because it's illegal action. we've had changes here just around the corner that we had to go thr
