kera mashek, abc action news. tonight, this woman right here behind bars tonight. police believe that star trouble is her name. she killed her boyfriend and left him in the home they shared together. abc action news reporter ryan raiche is live now with why she is not charged with his murder just yet. ryan. >> reporter: yeah. right now that woman is locked up on charges of lying to police and accessory. if she did not kill her long- time boyfriend, she certainly didn't do herself any favors. >> she is involved with murder. >> reporter: sheriff judd telling reporters all they need to do in the death investigation is connect the dots. they believe it will lead them to his long time girlfriend star trouble. >> our homicide team hasn't had an unsolved homicide in over seven years. she is testing us. but it's not a very hard test. >> reporter: clark was found dead with a gunshot wound to home that he shares with trouble and the three kids. investigators believe had someone killed him thursday night. she avoided the home all weekend. she even brought her brother by the h

. >> kera mashek are live at the store with more information. >> reporter: the man took a shopping cart full of stole especially movies -- stolen movies and pushed it out of the door and the employees chased after him and that's when something went terribly wrong. surveillance cameras can be seen all around this lakeland wal-mart. caught 64-year-old kenneth wishum pushing the stolen dvds out the door. >> he is confronted by the employees and then they went on a chase. >> reporter: he tripped and that's when six store workers helped hold on to him until police and ems arrived. no confrontation. they described that they noticed that he stopped breathing and they started the cpr. >> reporter: what happened outside of the store did not get picked up on surveillance cameras. he died at the hospital 12 hours after the incident. the medical examiner has determined it was not from natural causes, forcing police to investigate it as a possible murder which is protocol when someone dies when committing a crime. >> we want to find out based on the injuries, how did they if anybody, for his death.

the now's kera mashek is live right now. the man has been accused of this before. that's the crazy part. >> reporter: absolutely. bernard jones is a registered sex offender from a crime, a conviction actually of an underaged girl, the age of 12, the exact same thing that he is accused of right now. jones is dating the mother of the victim in this case. he allegedly went into the child's bedroom late last night and started performing oral sex on the toddler. the 3-year-old's mother caught him in the act and screamed for help. her teenage son rushed in and tackled jones who allegedly bit the teen. but jones was able to get away, running down the street and hiding at a friend's house until officers arrived to arrest him. neighbors are disturbed that a registered sex offender living there on their street. >> he should be locked up where he belongs. especially if he did it before. >> reporter: now, this time jones is charged with battery for a child under 12 and aggravated battery. in court jones told the judge, quote, these are just allegations. reporting live in pinel
