at this point because he says there is a chance to slow down covid-19 in los angeles in fresno and kern counties it is too late and that's why he wants to shut them down immediately but in this particular case is just a recommendation but there is a good chance. contra costa county health officials they will follow the governor's lead because not because he's the governor but because they have rising cases as well so they are fearful about that they will have a news conference. some time today to talk about their timeline moving forward the bars they were set to open on wednesday in contra costa county but we shall see if that continues to be the case because they have seen their cases rise as far as covid-19 just to give you an example, 55% of the cases in contra costa county. now the involve people 40 years 40 years old and younger, whereas back in april it was just 38% of the cases so that's one of the indicators another indicator is that they have more positive rates meaning the number of results come back positive a little bit higher and that that way then what they saw just a mont
