secretary of state john kerry, this really is his hour. he has been working extremely hard on getting some kind of agreement with the iranians. it was looking increasingly like he wasn't going to get that. that's told quickly to our correspondent philip in washington. you were listening to john kerry, giving us even more detail on this deal. it looks like the americans got everything they wanted. >> it looks like it. you heard the end of the comments from secretary of state john kerry that there are also things to work on your it first of all, of course this is not the deal yet. it's an understanding that the u.s. has until the end of june to come up with a decisive deal. when you look at the details but the administration it self sees as the highlights of the deal it's pretty much what proponents of the deal would want to see. i'm reading from what the obama administration considers the outline of the deal. first of all there is that breakout time, the time it would take for iran to build a nuclear weapon, that is over a year, according t
