keurig. >>> good morning to you. 9:26 now. i'm laura garcia-cannon.c bay area christie smith live at the scene for us. christie? >> reporter: good morning to you. the problem is a hydrogen leak at a hydrogen fueling station that's used to power ac transit buses. the unit in question is behind the trailer you see there, it led to the neighborhood being shut down, evacuations and shelter in place going on. within the last 10 to 15 minutes, we're on san pablo at 45th, you can see it is completely shut down, the highway patrol is here, alameda county sheriff, hazmat teams. i heard from a transit spokesperson a little while ago said here is what happened. 7:30, they heard popping sounds and flames coming from a hydrogen stack. there was concern about a possible explosion. that spokesperson says because it is burning, the threat is low, and that it should be going up and dissipating into the air and not irritating people, though i spoke with a few who smelled something like propane this morning. what's happening right now also is that emory secondary school

keurig. >>> good morning, everybody. the time now is 9:26. i'm jon kelley.francisco. police went to an apartment in san francisco to look for the suspect last night before 9:00. when officers were talking to the man's girlfriend, that suspect appeared in the apartment with a gun, then opened fire, letting off several shots before lighting that building on fire. >> over the course of the next hour, the suspect fired multiple shots through walls and floors. building had other people in it. at some point in time in the ballpark of 10:00, the suspect set fires within the apartment. >> just a wild scene there. ultimately an officer outside of that building shot and killed the suspect. his girlfriend remains in police custody. the apartment building had to be evacuated but all residents have now been allowed back inside. officers believe the suspect was linked to the killing of a ohnertr-old woman in pa park. >>> we'll have a look at your weather and traffic right after this break. >>> we still have a little bit of haze. most of that low cloud cover has cleared th
