johnson hospital in new brunswick. he's got new developments for us. matt. >> reporter: natasha, in just the last hour or so, we've learned that 35-year-old kevin roper a truckriver from georgia has been charged by prosecutors here in new jersey with one count of death by auto and four counts of assault by auto in relation to this accident. in the meantime actor and comedian tracy morgan remains in the intensive care unit here in new brunswick, new jersey. this exclusive cbs3 video shows the intensity of the crash that killed one man and put tracy morgan and two others in critical condition early saturday morning. morgan and six others were riding inside that limo bus headed back from a show morgan had done hours earlier in dover downs delaware. according to preliminary reports from the new jersey state police, six vehicles total were involved in the crash. it appears a tractor-trailer rear-ended the limo bus morgan and others were riding in causing it to overturn on the new jersey turnpike near cranbury township. 63-year-old james mcnair of pieceville new york was on the limo bus and was killed when it crashed. mcnair was also a comedian. 45-year-old tracy
