"this road is more than just a solution for traffic it also creates an economic development opportunity because we'll be linking owings mill new town with liberty road." the four lane boulevard includes a bike ath and over 2-thousand trees and bushes. two employees were sent to the hospital after a chlorine leak at a water treatment plant in east baltimore. a spokesman for baltimore public works say the leak happened this morning at the montebello treatment plant on hillen road. more than a dozen other employees were evacuated from the building. the leak was ácappedá by fire officials.
