yesterday the house majority leader kevin mccarthy told reporters there's just never going to be a vote on that war. there will never be a vote on authorizing the use of military force against isis in iraq and syria even as those air strikes continue every day and even as thousands of u.s. military personnel are involved. yesterday kevin mccarthy told reporters he would not even allow the language to authorize that military force to go to the floor, nor does he have plans to introduce any competing language that he might be more comfortable putting up for a vote. they're just never going to be debate it or weigh in on it ever. they really don't care. the war effort that president obama has ordered the u.s. military to fight against isis in iraq and syria, the thousands of u.s. military personnel are involved in, that war apparently is just his, it's his own. congress is not interested. when president obama several weeks ago announced he would keep 10,000 american troops in afghanistan through the end of the year, which is a huge change in u.s. policy and affects thousands of military fa

movie hitting theaters today and joining us now with the review of this is fox news contributor kevin mccarthyday. it's the tenth film adapted from the novel, the first nine have made over $800 million worldwide at the box office and now this film scotts scott eastwood. it's two parallel move stories alan alda is in the movie as well. it's the idea of the longest ride of life and love and how the message comes across and the bull riding sequences are absolutely incredible. they did a really good job with the bull riding scenes but for me the love story really is the sequences back in the early '40s with the jack houston character and how that intertwines with the current modern day love story of the movie. overall i thought it was a very solid movie. there were some elements that were a little cliche and some of the script parts felt scripted overall. but to be honest when i left the theater i was happy with what i saw, i gave it a three out of five. it was a decent date movie. i spoke with scott eastwood and when he worked with his father he went by the name of scott reed and he wanted to bui
